To receive a full refund, returned Mache products must:
- Be in brand new, unused condition
- Include all original packaging materials
- Show no signs of installation, mounting, or use
- Have no scratches, dents, or damage of any kind
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery
Please note: Mache has strict quality standards. Products that show any signs of damage, wear, or improper packaging during return will not be eligible for a full refund.
Critical Packaging Requirements for Returns
Improper packaging will result in damaged products and refund denial. You must:
- Use the original packaging whenever possible, including all foam inserts and protective materials
- Prevent metal-to-metal contact - Metal pieces that touch each other during shipping WILL arrive damaged and will not be eligible for refund
- Fill all empty space - Use generous amounts of bubble wrap, packing paper, or foam to ensure nothing shifts during transit
- Secure all items individually - Wrap each metal component separately before placing in the box
- Fill the box completely - The contents should not move when the box is shaken
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved returns in brand new condition will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days
- Returns with damage due to use or improper packaging will be denied or subject to a restocking fee
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
