I’ve been using the red light hat daily for a month and I’m starting to see noticeable results. I had thinning of my hair in the front left side and this is the area I’ve seen the greatest improvement. I also find my hair is much softer, although I also use the red light shower head. So the combo of the two has been great for my hair.

I can use it 5 or 6 times per charge.

The mask was very comfortable but…. It burned my skin took over a week to heal and I Only did 10 minutes. I’m keeping the neck one and will just hold it farther away from my face.

This hat is comfortable and after 3 weeks of use I have little baby hairs coming in all along my hairline. I have a large head, but the hat is adjustable and fits well.

I wasn’t sure what to expect when starting my red-light regimen, but I was definitely looking forward to trying the HigherDose hat, as I suffer from hair thinning.   I find the hat is very simple and easy to use.   It’s recommended to use it for 10 minutes per day for 16 weeks, and then 3-4 times per week thereafter.   So far, it is easy to incorporate into my nighttime routine.   I see it as “me” time to sit back and relax while I let the LED lights work their magic.   However, since this is a “baseball hat” type of device, I can also multitask and do other things while this is on my head.   The timer is automatically set for 10 minutes, and beeps when done.   So, no need to worry about setting an alarm.   It has a long battery life, as I’ve only had to recharge once in the last 3 weeks. HigherDose really does make it easy and foolproof for you to use. Occasionally, I do find that the lights make my head feel warm.   However, it is not something that will alter my use of the hat.   Also to note, I do use it in conjunction with other hair growth methods (supplements, growth serums, etc. ).  So far, I haven’t seen an impactful change in my hairline, however, with the recommended usage, I hope to see less shedding and my part filled in. Overall, I am optimistic and look forward to a lot of hair growth!
